Securing your reservation with payment means you accept the Terms and Conditions of our Reservation & Cancellation Policy.

Check In
Our check-in time is at 15:00 hrs. On early arrival; we can happily keep your luggage safe while you enjoy Sayulita. For a late check-in or arriving after 20.00 hrs, we kindly require you to let us know so we can inform our team to welcome you and will do a proper checking-in next morning.

Check Out
Our check-out time is 11.00 am. In case of late departure we will gladly keep your personal items in storage.

Late Check Out
Subject to availability and previous request, we will allow you to stay in your room no later than 16:00 hrs with an additional fee of 50 USD + taxes
In case of ‘no-show’ the full staying will be charged + taxes regardless.

Food, alcohol or non-alcohol drinks that aren’t supplied by hotel are not permitted to be consumed or stored in the rooms. Uncork services will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For Free Cancellation, guest must cancel 14 days prior to check in time.

To receive a 50% refund of total amount of reservation, guest must cancel within 10 days prior to check in.

To receive a 30% refund of total amount of reservation in credit at the hotel, guest must cancel or reschedule reservation 8 days prior to check in. This new reservation is non-refundable and will be valid within the following 2 months according to current season rates and availability.

If guest cancels less than 14 full days prior to check in schedule, no-show, or wishes to short the length stay, nights not enjoyable are non-refundable. In case of ‘no-show’ the full staying will be charged + taxes regardless.

In case of early departure, the total amount of stay will not be refunded or given as credit.

If you book at a certain rate and during the time span between your reservation date and your arrival date the price changes, both parties will respect the rate of the original reservation.

We are not responsible or liable for changes or cancellations made that relate to or arise as a result of fire, epidemics or health risks, technical problems with transport as well as flight delays due to weather or for mechanical reasons, closed or congested airports or ports or any unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond La Bohème Sayulita control.

Hotel shall not be responsible for inclement weather, tropical storms or hurricanes.

Please be mindful about the noise when staying with us especially after 23:00 hrs.
The swimming pool is available from 8am to 9pm. And is not supervised.

We love our surroundings so we kindly request to use only eco-friendly products such as sunscreen, sunblock, mosquito repellent, shampoo, body gel, and body lotions.
Aiming to respect the environment, we kindly ask you to turn off your A/C and lights on your way out.

Street Parking
Some street parking spots are available for our guests

Electricity Restrictions:
There are two associated plug types, types A and B. Plug type A is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and plug type B is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and a grounding pin. Mexico operates on a 127V supply voltage and 60Hz.

Children
Children of any age are welcome to stay in our rooms. Check with us in advance to accommodate you with a cot (upon request only).

Not allowed

Right to refuse accommodation
Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:
a. The booking has been paid through fraudulent means
b. The booking has been altered by anyone other than hotel-authorised agent or has been tampered with or the booking confirmation has been defaced (in which case Hotel reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
c. The person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the booking confirmation

Damage

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the hotel premises or property caused by you or any person in your party (whether or not staying at the hotel) during your stay.
Hotel reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by hotel as a result of the aforesaid.
Regardless, hotel further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

Changes to these terms & conditions
Hotel reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the hotel website and/or change, amend, vary or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions as made available on the hotel website. The terms and conditions hereby outlined may be subject to change.

Conflict between English text and other language text
If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English text of these terms and conditions and any translation thereof into any other language, the Spanish text shall prevail.

Governing laws
Your contract with hotel is governed by the laws of the country where the hotel you booked your stay with is located and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of that country.
All other matters concerning or relating to the hotel website shall be governed by the laws of Mexico and the Mexican courts shall have jurisdiction therein.

Payments
Every payment that has been done at reception and all the prepaid services are not refundable. Please read carefully our terms and conditions.

 In order to secure your booking, payment should be done in full, taxes included.

We accept credit and debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD), international cards might have a different service fee, depending the bank. We are not responsible for any extra charge made from your bank.

All prices are in USD and taxes are not included (16% IVA + 3% local tax)
